CLOUD-II 2009 Paper Submission Instructions 

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered in another forum. Submitted manuscripts will be limited to 8 (IEEE Proceedings style) pages and required to be formatted using the IEEE Proceedings template (IEEE Latex Style). Please follow the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines to prepare your papers. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the conference and present the paper. An electronically submitted abstract will be required prior to the submission of the full paper. Electronic submission of manuscripts (in PDF or Word formats) is required. Submissions should include paper title, abstract, name of authors, their affiliations, and emails addresses.

In order to submit a paper, click on the link to the appropriate submission system, and follow the below steps:

• Click the "New User,Create a New Account " link
• Fill in the registration form, and read the registrations agreements carefully, then click " I agree and Registeration" button
• You will get a new account and be logged into the user default page automatically
• Click "Submit a Paper"
• Fill-out the Paper Submission form
• Click Submit
• Click "Back to My Papers List"
• Click on the ID/Title of the abstract of the paper you would like to upload
• You will now have an upload section on at the bottom of the form
• Click Browse
• Select your paper
• Click Submit

1. Regular Paper of CLOUD-II 2009 Submission:

Please use the CLOUD-II 2009 Paper Submission System at http://confhub.com/MyPapers.php?cid=125 to submit your research and application paper to CLOUD-II 2009. You can select one or two of the research topics when you submit your paper in the online submission system so it will be reviewed by the right subject matter experts.

2. Tutorial Proposal Submission CLOUD-II 2009

Please use the CLOUD-II 2009 Proposal Submission System at http://confhub.com/MyPapers.php?cid=126 to submit your tutorial proposals to CLOUD-II 2009 by selecting "tutorial proposal" topic.

Final Proposal Submission Deadline: June 1, 2009
Maximum Length: 2 pages - abstract and speaker short bio(s) in one PDF file (See template from Tutorial Page)

3. Panel, Innovation Show Case, Job Fair Booth Reservation or Event Proposal Submission:

Please use the CLOUD-II 2009 Proposal Submission System at http://confhub.com/MyPapers.php?cid=126 to submit your proposals to CLOUD-II 2009 by selecting corresponding topic.

Final Proposal Submission Deadline: June 1, 2009
Maximum Length: 2 pages

Please do not submit the same paper to SCC 2009 and other conferences! Your paper can be only submitted to ONE submission system. Once a duplicated submission is found, a rejection letter with duplicated paper submission fact will be sent to the authors and the contact author's supervisors.
