Hints of going to the conference hotel from Bangalore airport: A Hotel Airport Representative, named Mr Jayakumar, (Tel: # 91-9731302083) will help you board a prepaid meru taxi costing Rs 550/- from  airport to Angsana. If you give your flight details to him in advance, he will help you at the airport.

If you do not arrange ahead of time, that's easy as well. You do not need to call or email for taxis at the Bangalore airport. There is a big line of taxis (with large signs) as you get out of the airport. Just get in line and take the next available taxi, and give them the address. Just do not take taxis from hawkers (people who ask whether you need a taxi) because they are not necessarily legitimate.
